Testimonial for Copycare Copier Service Department

Hi Dave,
Just to let you know that a Knight in Shining Armour
came to our aid today in the guise of Mark!
His customer service was excellent – all we had to give him was a coffee (he
was cheap!) and he sorted our toner and printer cartridges etc…Got us out of a real hole having not been able to print for a few days, so we are back up and running again!
Most impressed and thank you to Mark.

Kingston Rose Theatre needs help – do you know anyone that would want to get involved?
March 31st, 2011As you may have seen and heard in the national press, Arts Council England turned down the Rose Theatre’s application for funding.
Stephen Unwin says: Today’s news from the Arts Council is in sharp contrast to the very generous and far sighted investment in the Rose made by RBK and Kingston University.
Dame Judy Dench says: Whether it’s as a cultural centre for the local communities or as a landmark theatre providing world-class drama, I ask that you join me in helping the Rose to bloom
There is no doubt that the decision makes their position very difficult but all those, including Copycare who have been ‘with them’ for a while, know they are quite used to a bit of adversity.
If you happen to know of a philanthropist with a penchant for the performing arts, do let me know – the words, “arm”, “bite” and “off” seem to come to mind!
Many thanks, David cole

Great job by Copycare installing a colour multi function device
November 8th, 2010Copycare received another testimonial from solicitors firm Kidson, Bray and Lawson LLP.
“I am writing to thank you for all your assistance in dealing with our new photocopier. My secretary and I have had ample time to get used to it and really enjoy using it. It is a far cry from the copier I used to have.
From the initial process of choosing a photocopier, deciding on the terms through to installation and servicing, you and your team have been fantastic.
I am delighted with the new copier and with the efficiency of your team in dealing with any issues that arise.
I would not hestitate to recommend you to anybody who is thinking of a new copier.”
David Cole says “We are very proud to get so many testemonials as it shows we are working in the right way to make sure customers are happy short and long term.
Please call 020 8296 0202 or visit www.copycare.net to find out how we can help you.
Copycare receives a great testimonial from a UK Charity, Mind
November 2nd, 2010Mind in Milton Keynes wrote to Copycare recently after downsizing their operation. Because they were on a flexible system called Latitude they were able to end the contract immediately without financial penalty.
Director, Steve McNay wrote: “Can I take this opportunity to thank you and all at Copycare for your first rate service over the years – you have been extremely responsive, helpful knowledgeable and supportive of Milton Keynes Mind and the quality of service we have received cannot be over-stated. If and when our situiation changes and we are looking for similar equipment and service, please be assured that yours will be the first (and probably only) name on the list”
Copycare are very grateful for these kind words that show we don’t fall out with our clients whether there is continued service or not. Copycare are interested in long term relationships with their clients.
Copycare would like to thank MK Mind and wish them all the very best for the future.
